Riot have already rolled out systems to instantly issue 14 day bans to cases of extreme verbal abuse, and will soon be rolling out systems which can do the same for intentional feeding. Awesome!

This patch will be pretty big - it includes the client updates (so good) and some of the assets needed for the upcoming Summoners Rift update.
Riot are implementing ranked play restrictions to join the chat restrictions already in place. Players who have the restrictions imposed on them will have to play a certain number of normal games before being able to play ranked again.
This sounds better than the rumoured Google acquisition as they intend to keep it running independently. Hopefully with Amazons resources this will stop some of the recent changes, such as removing the option to save VODs forever.
Kind of expected results - there's definitely a balance to how much CC you have on a team.

Riot will be increasing the number of teams in the LCS from 8 to 10 and are also looking at the addition of a circuit points sytem to place more weight on the spring split.
